ลบบัญชีด้วยตัวเอง (มีผลทันที)
- ในแอป Ohloma: ไปที่หน้าบัญชี แล้วเลือก “ลบบัญชี”
- บนเว็บไซต์: เข้าสู่ระบบแล้วไปที่หน้าลบบัญชี
- ยืนยันด้วยรหัสผ่านอีกครั้ง บัญชีจะถูกลบทันที และเราจะส่งอีเมลยืนยันให้
เข้าสู่ระบบไม่ได้? ขอลบทางอีเมล
- ส่งอีเมลจากอีเมลที่ใช้สมัคร Ohloma ไปที่ [email protected]
- ใช้หัวข้อ “ขอลบบัญชี Ohloma” เราอาจตอบกลับเพื่อยืนยันว่าคุณเป็นเจ้าของบัญชี
- เราจะลบบัญชีภายใน 30 วัน และแจ้งให้ทราบเมื่อดำเนินการเสร็จ

Delete your Ohloma account
For the Ohloma app and https://ohloma.com, provided by CNY CORPORATION CO., LTD.
Delete it yourself (immediate)
- In the Ohloma app: open your account and choose “Delete account”.
- On the website: sign in and open the delete-account page.
- Confirm with your password. The account is deleted at once, and we email you a confirmation.
Can’t sign in? Ask by email
- Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, subject “Delete my Ohloma account”.
- We may reply to confirm that the account is yours.
- We delete the account within 30 days and let you know when it is done.
Deleted: your account (email, password hash, chosen club, status), and every sign-in and outstanding code. A deleted account can’t be restored, but you can sign up again with the same address. Competition results are not linked to accounts; see section 12 of the privacy policy.
